I was a little afraid to answer your question about summer plans since our spring seemed to evaporate for a few days, but now it's back and I hope I don't jinx it by talking about summer.
In July DH and I will be flying to Boston using the lastof our NWA frequent flyer miles. We're renting a car and heading to Cape Cod and renting a little cottage right on a private beach for a week.
Last time we did this our boys were little but now there's just the two of us, so we'll probably make the cottage our home base and enjoy all the beautiful warm days just being lazy on the beach. On days that are cooler or rainy, we hope to take some side trips to places within a day's drive from Boston. I would love suggestions from those of you who live in MA, NH, VT, (and ME if that isn't too far from Boston?) We've visited Plymouth and Salem in the past so probably won't visit them again this time. Looking for ideas!
I had the post office weight it and it was rejected and torn up. I think I only lost a couple of coupons, I'll be sending it out again Monday. I bought some nice brown envies for the bigger coupon weeks, this one is a nice one.

It's buried in an online file somewhere.When we were there last with our two sons~~I think it was in about 2000 or 2001~~ we stayed in Provincetown but that was way up at the tip and it seemed to take a long time to get there so we wanted something closer to Boston. I'll get back to you and thanks so much for offering to help with some recommendations! (Last time we took a whale watching tour, went to a Red Sox game, went deep sea fishing, went to Salem and Plymouth, but no lighthouses from the inside at least because I have an irrational fear
of heights and open staircases .... honest! (so embarrassing to admit that) The reason we stayed in Provincetown was it was the only house I could find to rent that had a swimming pool. I must've thought it would feel like Orlando there??
Well........it wasn't heated and the darn thing was so cold that I went into it ONCE! I no longer insist on a swimming pool on Cape Cod!
We don't go there until July!
