Saw your banner at the bottom of your post and wanted to comment! I want to congratulate you on being smoke-free for that length of time! My DDad died from heart disease, emphysema, and cancer all caused by 52 years of smoking which he started at the tender age of 12 and eventually lost his battle to at the young age of 64. You are doing great~~keep it up!

I hate to say it but you have better weather there today than I do here! I think we have a high of 55 (it feels like it at least). I had to turn the heat on last night to get the chill out of the house . We get back into the 60s/70s this weekend tho .

I actually got to sit on the deck with the ShiPoo and soak up some sun this afternoon. Short sleeved shirt and NO JACKET!
