I have had two couples massages booked for end of June. One is with my teen and the other is with my husband.

I'm trying to reserve a couples' massage for our trip but been on hold for a while now. Is there a best time of day to try to call the spa reservations line, or does the number just route to a call center anyways?

I'm on the East Coast and I think I called around 4pm which would be 10am hst. I don't think it was a call center but can't be certain. The cast member was very friendly.

Thank you! I'll try again later in the day, after the spa's opening hours. I was confused because I kept getting the "a cast member will be with you shortly" while on hold.

Ive now booked twice for July,,,I called off hours and left a message, they called me back when they were in office,,works great

Unfortunately wasn't given an option to leave a message when I was on hold the first time. I did try again after 10AM Honolulu time and someone was able to help me within a few minutes of waiting. They asked if I'm a Disney Vacation Club cardholder and "upgraded" our massage - we'll find out what that means in September.
