Couple suing day care.

That kid is going to need the 25 grand for therapy bills, because his parents are nuts. 5 months old and they are claiming mental anguish, give me a break! Yes the daycare worker had no right, but really to sue over something this small is sickening!

Sure the parents have every right to be mad that their child got medication without their permission, but, I seriously doubt that the child had any ill effects from the medication...and I am sure they did not give the child the entire bottle (which was all of 3 tsps). If the medication dose they gave the child caused any harm they should be going after the manufacturer of the medication, NOT the daycare. And saying Tylenol smells mediciney or whatever.....ok...then I guess my kids Dum Dum sucker smells mediciney too!! Some people......I am not surprised NO ONE (Lawyers that is) in Lexington would take the suit. I live it Lexington and there are very few if any Tort lawyers around here.
