You decide on your application if you'd like to do either the Spring or the Spring Advantage program. If you're given the Spring Advantage program, then you have to go from January/February to August if you accept--you cannot revert back to the Spring only program. If you're given and accept the Spring only program, there might be an option to extend through the summer. They usually give you this information around March/April if it's applicable for that year. If they're really full, however, and don't have many positions open, then they may not offer any extensions. Make sure you decide on your application what you really want because you may not be able to change it.

The WDW program doesn't require that you take classes while you're there. That's up to you, personally, and your school if they're giving you credit. They offer classes both in the Spring and over the summer.

in addition to that, how soon after do you find out if you have made passed each step of the interview process (phone interview etc)---when do you find out if you are in the program or not?!

Hi--

The web interview is first after all the initial 'filling out your personal info' section. You'll be notified immediately as to whether or not you get a phone interview after you finish the web portion. After the phone interview, it's usually 2 weeks, maybe more, maybe less.
