Couple questions...

About to book our hotel & trying to decide between Newport Bay Club Admiral's Floor & Sequoia Lodge (montana room, main building). I see here that most seem to prefer Sequoia Lodge, but I think I'd like Newport Bay's style better. But we'll be taking a 3 & 1 year old, so I think the size might be a bit much.

Also, when checking out, it gives the option of booking meals at Cafe Mickey, Auberge, etc. when checking out...is it a good idea to do that?

NPB is huge. We planned to stay in this hotel on our first trip (admiral floor too), but later upgraded to HNY. To tell the truth bad reviews made me change my mind.

Cafe Mickey, Auberge are character meals along with Cowboy cookout and Inventions. Last time we did make reservations in advance. This time I won't be making any reservations until our arrival. I do think it's good idea to make dinner reservations, helps planing etc.
