Couple of ?'s about Mears

Hi my family will be arriving after me, I'm not using Mears, but they are.
I've already arranged for their transfer...we usually drive, so this is new to me.

Their flight gets in at 4:40...we're staying at the Swan/Dolphin...how will they find the shuttle after they get their bags at baggage claim and does anyone have any idea how long it will take them to get to the hotel (approximately!)

Mears is located on level 1...you arrive on level 3, baggage claim is on level 2. After getting the bags, they will just go down one more level and they will see car rental counters. Mears is down a ways from them. No way of telling how long it will take on Mears. I used them once....carryon bag only, and it took me a total of 85 mins to get from the gate to the S/D. And that was a pretty quick trip...we only made about 4 stops total. But, the van will make stops at other Orlando resorts/hotels along the way.

If there are more than 3 in the group, you may want to consider a car service. They charge about $55 one way, about $100 r/t, and fit 4 guests. Much quicker. With Mears, I think you'll be paying about $19 one way, $32 r/t pp.

we have an event scheduled at 6 and i don't want them to be too too late!
how would you suggest i arrange car service?
