Couple of questions regarding Free Dining Package

I have already booked my package with free dining. However, my parents (who live in FL) are thinking about booking a package also with free dining.

1) First, am I correct in reading that the free dining offer which expired in 7/4 has now been extended?

2) Can this be booked online through Disney? When I tried booking without the dining, and then with the "free" dining, the price was higher, which shouldn't be right? Price for tickets and room should be the same price as tickets, room and free dining?

3) Is the code YMP the same for this extended offer or is it a new code?

4) They are FL residents. Is there a separate discount/deal for FL residents? Can they book this package at a cheaper rate?

1) Yes, the free dining has been extended.

2) Its entirely possible that the price using 'free dining' is slightly higher than the price without it. If you're taking advantage of the free dining, then you must pay rack rate for the hotel, and full price for your tickets. Without the dining, there may be a discount on the tickets and/or room built in.

3) I do not know what the code is; but my understanding is that if you book on-line using the link for free dining, the code is already programmed in.

4) Because you must pay rack rate for rooms, and must purchase at least a one-day park ticket in order to get the free dining, I do not believe there are any other discounts you can combine with it.

The new code for it is YNW, when I price it online for just hotel and park tickets for the days I am going without the free dining it actually comes out to more, don't know why. I used to the same date, for one I used the message that says "Enjoy 6 nights/7 days for under 1500.." and then when I click on the dining package it actually comes up about $100 cheaper.
