I placed our order for our November trip (staying at FW Cabins 
) and they already charged my Credit Card - is this normal? Most places of business don't usually do this until the item ships or (I do local online grocery shopping at home) they have the groceries bagged and ready for pick up.
Also was wondering if anyone here has used them recently and your experience with them? Seems to be allot of negativity lately and allot of ppl seem to be canceling their orders w/them and using other options. We will be arriving on a Sat. and have delivery set up for 3 to 5pm, really hoping not to have any issues.
