Couple of character questions

Just wondered if there is a Jack Sparrow character at DLP like WDW?
We saw him there in the parade and my boys would love to see him again.

Also i noticed in Disney Studios when we were there that there is a character meet area near animagique(sp?) to meet new characters. We met chicken little in Jan 06.
Any idea who is there at the mo?

Hi.....
yes but when I was there in Sept he didn't do a 'show' as in WDW. It seems that Captain Jack is elusive and is hard to kidnap!! There is a few threads on the board about the various Captain Jacks at DLRP!!
I was a lucky gal!

We do have a Jack Sparrow character - but he only appears outside in the Spring and Summer, due to problems with the rights to some of his costume he is unable to wander the park in the winter. However recently he has appeared at the Blue Lagoon Resturant on certain days - but this I believe will not become a regular event. So dependent on when you are going - you may be lucky to catch him.

At the moment you may see some of the following on Animation Courtyard Mr and Mrs Incredible, Sulley, Buzz, Woody and Jessie, Jafar and Genie and Chicken Little and Abby Mallard + other random classic character (Geppetto, Baloo etc.)

Later in the year Characters from new Disney/Pixar movie Ratatouille will be seen in the Studios - but no dates have yet been announced.

Thank you for the info. Shame about Jack, we will be going on Feb 14th (Valentines Day in Paris what more could a girl want!! ).

Would be so cool if we were on the pirates ride and we saw him in the Blue Lagoon.

Cant wait to get there. Hope its not too busy.
