AWW Beatrice is super super cute! If it makes you feel any better, I REALLY like it. Our #1 girl name is Penelope, because I think having a little girl with the nickname Penny is cute. Something kind of old school but really cute about it, you know? That's what Beatrice reminds me of, with a really cute nickname that comes from it.

Ugh even though we won't try for babies in a few years I'm hitting that age where I get more and more excited about the concept of having kids. If we find out we can't have children, we're both open to adoption as well. (Always a good conversation to have, as nothing is guaranteed in life!)

We're just waiting for a few years when we're done being selfish (because you can't be selfish when you have kids!) and also financially are in a place where we feel comfortable with me taking some time away from work to be a SAHM, etc. In a way this upcoming trip for us is one last "Just the 2 of us" trip, though we might squeeze in another trip in Jan. 2013 before having any kids. Trips after that will be as a family and maybe even with my in-laws, which is of course very different than before!

Yes, still going on. We are hoping to go in Jan. 2013 with baby. Soon you will know!

We had our ultrasound yesterday!! We were able to see Baby L and it was amazing, fabulous and surreal all at the same time. I have to go back on Nov. 14th for another ultrasound, as the ultrasound yesterday is dating me as 17 weeks, not 18 weeks like my due date so they want to get more pictures of baby to make sure everything is good. They aren't worried about anything but they just need more pictures of baby's development.

On the way home however, we were rear ended. It was probably the scariest moment of my life. The car came out of no where and I literally had no idea what had just happened. My first thoughts were, "Is baby okay?" Then my Mama Bear instincts came out and I wanted to strangle the 18 year old who hit us claiming she just looked down at her radio, I have VERY strong suspicions that she had been texting. Grrr. Of course being the first time Mama that I am, I panicked and headed back to the OB Office, they checked me out, everything is fine and we heard baby's heartbeat again. Phew.

Both Marc & I are fine. The back of my head is very sore from slamming into the headrest but other than that, I am good.

So now that we know the gender, I have spent the day thinking about Disney outfits and first rides and just all the fabulous things we will do at Disney on Little One's first trip.

The big reveal is on Saturday and I'm hoping to get a video up so you can all share in the excitement!

Oh and last thing, I'm done with accidents during pregnancy. I mean, a fractured foot AND a car accident? I am so done.

We have a law here in Georgia that you can't text while you drive -- maybe other states will follow suit soon.
