counterservice on DDP question

This will be our first time using the DDP. I have a list of participating counter service restaurants, but I cannot find the answer to this question....
Is every entree at the counter service restaurant available with the DDP, or are there only limited selections?

I am not aware of any limitations at counter service for entrees.

But there are lots of counter service and we haven't eaten them all, so maybe someone else knows something I don't.

Child credit must order from child menu
Adult credit must order from adult menu
