Counter Services!

Alright so I'm going to Disney in like five months and I need some help.

The last time (first time) I went to Disney I was with family. We had the Dining Plan, went to nice restaurants and all that stuff. This time I'm going with school and the Dining Cards we get only have a certain amount of money on them where I really can't go to a nice restaurant and those are only what I really remember for meals (and the Pecos Bill place and Golden Oak Outpost). So please give me some recommendations for Counter Service/Snack "restaurants" and what they offer since sometimes people tend to have different taste buds.
