Counter Service w/ dessert

Ever since our last trip in 1998 my wife has been craving the Mickey Head Ice Cream bars.

I know we can get them with our snack credits. But I was wondering if they are also available as a dessert option for a counter service credit?

If so, where...??

I haven't seen them offered at any CS restaurants as a dessert option..
Just the snack carts..

At most of the resort counter service restaurants you would be able to get one for dessert - off the top of my head - Pop, all 3 of the All Stars, Beach Club Marketplace, POFQ & POR, CBR, CSR for certain.
