Counter service sushi?

I have seen the pre-made counter service Sushi at Captain Cook's in the Polynesian and Gasparilla's Grill & Games at the Grand Floridian.

Personally I would rather pay a bit more and get the Sushi made fresh from the Polynesian Kona Island Sushi Bar.

Has only been open once in our 5 trips. But we really enjoyed the change of pace. They let us exchange the dessert option (for the DP) for 2 egg rolls that were quite tasty.

Every trip we go see if it's open and are always sadly disappointed. They really should make it a permanent fixture. It was fresh and tasty. Maybe not the best sushi, but it was a great change from the burgers and fries.

Pretty sure that Starring Rolls Cafe at DHS offers pre-made sushi too.

We discovered several variations in Sunshine Seasons in The Land at Epcot last week. It was pretty good- only $8.99.

Yakitori House in the Japanese pavillion in Epcot is a quick service...they have sushi and it is REALLY GOOD!!! DH is really picky and he loved it!

For the record, Wolfgang Puck's on the West Side has the best sushi on property...

i don't think that would equate to a counter service at the dining plan...but maybe they have done it/ can do it. they seem to be the most accomodating staff at any site in WDW (because wolfgang just wants you to eat!)

even if no dining plan...that would be the best place to get it
