Counter service restaurant crowds

I'm planning a trip for Feb. 5-11, 2012 and am looking at the following restaurants for counter services lunches:

Pecos Bill's
Toy Story Pizza Planet
Flame Tree BBQ
Sunshine Seasons
Cosmic Ray's

Does anyone know what the crowds are like for these at this time of the year if we show up for lunch on the early side (between 11 and 11:30 am)?

I think you meant CS meals...your title says but then you say you are looking at TS places....????

I know that all of them can be crazy starting about 11:45.

Sunshine Seasons we have experienced at 11:30 and it is nuts. So I don't think there is a time when it isn't.

The rest you are usually safe if you are eating at 11:30, you then see the crowds as you are finishing.

I don't think that the crowds will be crazy. We have eaten at all of these and they all have a lot of seating. I think Sunshine Seasons seems the most crowded, but still I think you could still be flexible with times.

Cosmic Rays was a nightmare the last time we went and we haven't returned since. Sunshine Seasons was also packed but not quite as bad.

Almost all decent counter service restaurants are crowded in the 11-1 lunch period. But generally there's a lot of lines to keep people moving. I wouldn't say more than 10 minutes to get in line, order everything, get condiments and silverware and then sit down. Also, Pinocchio's Village Haus is a great counter service if you're open to other ideas.

I definitely think all are manageable, but by far the worst is Cosmic's. We went for dinner and it was PACKED, I had a huge headache during/after dinner. I would suggest getting there upon opening/prior to closing or at off-times-like 2-ish or 7-ish.

They are not too bad but I would try to avoid the peak time 12-1 because it's busy regardless the time of year.
