counter service opens

What time do the counter services open at each theme park. If I remember correctly mk counter services opens at 10:30.

I know Cosmic Rays was open earlier than that over Spring Break with Breakfast food. I believe they start serving burgers and such about 10:30, my daughter had one for breakfast one day it's a vacation . I also remember some snack stands were open selling breakfast stuff during early EMH. That was in Fantasyland near Ariels Grotto while we waited for Dumbo. I don't know about the other parks because we didn't eat counter service for breakfast.

I'm sorry I need to be more clear. I need to know what time they open for lunch.

Anyone know what time they start serving lunch at epcot, ak, and disney studios? I have a group going with me and they like to eat early. They don't care much for breakfast food.
