Counter service meals

At WDW, if you want to break apart the combo and just buy the burger they will only charge you the ala carte price. Do they do the same thing at DL?

I want to say yes, but I can't remember if that rule applied to all restaurants.....

The three hamburger restaurants (Village Haus, Tomorrowland Terrace and Hungry Bear) will all allow you to order just the burger, I can tell you that. But I can't remember if you can split your meals at other Quick Service locations....
