Counter service in WS

I can't seem to find the list of restaurants that is divided by table service, counter service and snacks and want to let my sister know which countries have counter service locations. Can anyone help?

Electric Umbrella
Sunshine Seasons

America:
Fife & Drum
Liberty Inn

China: Lotus Blossom Cafe
France: Boulangerie Patisserie (Bakery - yummy!)
Germany: Sommerfest
Japan: Yakitori House
Mexico: Quick service closed but they opened up a small stand that sells Tacos and there are tables scattered for people to eat at
Morroco: Tangeriene Cafe (one of our favorites!)
Norway: Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
UK: Yorkshire County Fish Shop (take out window for fish n chips)
