counter service during MVMCP

Are all the counter service restaurants open during the party? Do they close at a specific time?

Below is what was open last year. Everything but sit downs will be closed while the park is closed from 6:00 to 7:00 except the counter service in the land that they keep party goers in which was Tomorrowland last year...so Cosmic Rays was left open.
