Counter service DURING MVMCP

Can anyone tell me what fast-food counter service places are open *During* MVMCP ? How late are they usually open?

At first I thought that LTT was the ONLY food place available,
but now, from what I have read, I'm not so sure. I first thought that these places are open only to give out the cookies and cocca.

Thanks in advance for helping me plan for my solo trip.

Pecos Bill Cafe in Frontierland was open last year.

I'm thinking Casey's Corner and Cosmic Ray's were open also.

I know Cosmic Ray's is open, because we ate there at MVMCP 2 years ago with the best surprise ever!!!
The place was practically empty, and we got our food,and went to grab a seat in the area where that audio animotronic alien sings while you eat.Well, after a few songs, he announced that it was time for his break,but while he was gone he would leave us with some entertainment.The stage that he was sitting on went up into the celing,as another stage rose up from the floor.It had a LIVE band on it, of about 4 or 5 guys wearing Christmas hats,and they played Christmas tunes while we ate.It was SOOOO cool!!! We never expected a surprise like that,and we practically had the place all to ourselves!!

I don't know the name of it, maybe Rays Starlight, or something like that, in tomorrowland was open last year. I got some fries and watched the fireworks, so it was open pretty late. I remember that not everything on the menu was available though.
