Counter service breakfasts in the parks?

I've always eaten either a quick breakfast at the resort or a character breakfast. But 1.with staying at OKW and their breakfasts starting at 7:30 and 2. my DH and my stepson who are anti-breakfast eaters and 3. my stepson who insists upon giving everyone a hard time about getting up and moving when we tell him--my only option seems to be a quick breakfast in the parks because we need some energy.

So what are the counter service breakfasts in the park? I know about Starring Rolls at MGM, Tusker House at AK, Main St Bakery at MK. What else? The menus area at allearsnet is not very helpful and the official website for DisneyWorld isn't either. TIA, Connie

I think there is breakfast food at the Electric Umbrella in Epcot...

Also, we often get muffins and coffee from a cart in Frontierland in the Magic Kingdom when we need a quick breakfast.

I just came on this board to post the exact same question... So I guess I will jump onto this post... hope that is okay?

I know we can have breakfast in the Pepper Market at our hotel, but we will want to get to the parks right away... because we will have 2 CS (each) that we will not be using for lunches I was hoping to be able to use them for breakfast... I am mainly looking for suggestions in MK, Epcot, or AK. Thanks! :sunny:
