Counter service breakfast near the Boardwalk?

Is there anywhere in the Boardwalk / Swan/ Dolphin / Beach Club / Yacht Club / Beach Club Villas / Anywhere Else That I Haven't Mentioned area that has a counter service "real" breakfast? By "real" I mean eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, etc. It seems like you can get muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc. at lots of counter service-type places, and there are quite a few table service restaurants with lots of good stuff, but I don't want to wait that long (or pay that much).

Waffles, pancakes, french toast... I love breakfast, and I'm making myself hungry...mmm....

If you are going to WDW after April, Tubbi's in the Dolphin has hot breakfast items. They're closed right now for refurbishing, but will reopen in April.

Tubbi's is a cafeteria - the type where you go through the line with your tray, tell the servers what you want, and pay at the end of the line. So, while not a counter service, it's much quicker than table service. Not sure how the prices are (I always just get some fruit or cereal) but I don't think they're bad.

If you are on the Dining Plan you will not be able to use your credits at Tubbi's. The restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin do not participate in the plan.

The Marketplace at BCV has egg sandwiches. I think the Boardwalk Bakery does too. There is a bar inside BW that has a continental breakfast (Belle Vue Room).
