Counter service at Epcot- opening times??

Hi,

Just wondered what time the CS restauants open at Epcot - Do they open earlier than 12.oo? I would like to get brunch there - any recommendations?

Sunshine Seasons in the Land opens at 9am. I believe Electric Umbrella is only open for lunch and dinner, but they might be serving breakfast--I'm seeing different info in various places online.

None of the World Showcase counter service restaurants open until 11, of course.

The only counter service locations my family and I have been to is the Electric Umbrella and the Liberty Inn at the American Pavilion. Well the Electric Umbrella opened at 11:00 AM and the Libery Inn opened at 11:30 AM.
