Counter service and travelors checks

Do counter service restaurants accept travelor's checks? Thanks!

I always use traveler's checks and have not once had a problem at any vendor or restaurant during numerous stays.

I like using them b/c I tend to overspend if I only rely on credit cards or charging to the room- those little pins add up fast! I set aside a certain amt. of cheques in envelopes for souvineers, meals, etc. When they are gone, they are gone.

Anyways, the CM's are all familiar w/traveler's cheques and take them everywhere. All you have to do is write "WDW" in the pay to the order space. Using them is just as quick if not quicker than other payment methods.
