Counter Service @ AK?

We love Tusker House and Animal Kingdom but, it will be closed during our upcoming visit. We have actually never been to any of the other counter-service restaurants and don't know where we should go instead. We would like to pick a place that had good food but also offers indoor seating. We look forward to the air conditioning break on a hot day. Any recommendations?

Flame Tree BBQ would be my choice for food selection. For air conditioning the only one I can think of would be Pizzafari. Along with pizza on the menu they offer a Caesar Salad with chicken or plain, a hot Italian sandwich with turkey, ham and cheese, a chicken sandwich and for children, a cheese quesadilla and PPJ sandwich.
