Okay, I feel stupid. But I have to ask, how do you add the countdown to the replies?

I love the little countdown timers! Just go over to the Technical Support board on this site & click on the thread titled "Get your countdowns here". That will give you a link to a full set of instructions. It's pretty easy after that.
