Countdown until trip with friends!

Let's see how long I am able to hold out or if my trip planning OCD will kick in and I will go nuts. So far I've taken a little notebook and put a page for each day, with the info I need for that day on it- ADR's with times, flight info, etc..... but that's it. I've also started on my notes for Ryan, but that's something else entirely

I hear you, girlfriend! I have already said I have had a hard time not planning! :rotfl: I think by the time Friday rolls around I will be ready for some company. So, I will go with the flow...MK--Epcot, wherever. I think at MK I will be content if I just do the newly reopened HM and have a Dole Whip! Beyond that I would like to do Splash and Philharmagic. Hmmmm. I might be able to work those in on the Wednesday before you guys arrive. Believe it or not, I was concerned about using my TS, so I have scheduled a solo dinner at Artist Point for that night. That will use up 2 TS and give me a chance to see the Wilderness Lodge.

Artist Point is supposed to be really nice- you should spring for the wine pairings :goodvibes I love that about WDW, no need to drive, so no worries if you want a drink (or three :rolleyes1 ) with dinner.

There are definitely things I want to see at each park, but nothing that involves major planning.

MK- IASW, Buzz Lightyear, TTA, get Mickey to sign some postcards, Philharmagic, and whatever else. A Dole Whip, and maybe a pineapple spear. Oh, and I forget about animal cruelty for the week (that would never happen at WDW, right?), and I will have corn dog nuggets at Casey's Corner.

Epcot- Soarin, seeing all the countries, especially shopping in Japan, and my personal favorite- FIGMENT!!! The new ride is nowhere near as good as the original but I still love Figment. I'm also looking forward to seeing the Food & Wine Festival for the first time.

MGM- Tower of Terror!!!!! and the rollercoaster. I wouldn't mind seeing the thing with the tram, I am blanking on the name, but it never seems to be open when we're there, so that would be nice to see for once.

AK- I like the safari, Expedition Everest, and I  the tigers.

Hopefully I will have enough time to see it all! Ryan keeps reminding me that he won't be there and to pay attention to what I order food wise. I have a bad habit of ordering something, taking a few bites, and passing it off to him. I'm worse than a little kid :rotfl2:

I am not sure there is really any animal in a corn dog nugget! :scared:

Oddly enough I am not a big fan of the countries at Epcot. And I am pretty lukewarm about FWF as well. Weird, but I figure it saves me a ton of $$. I would like to see Off Kilter while we are there. I have never managed to get my schedule to coincide with that and I hear good things about them. Also, for those with a Disney Visa we can do a meet N greet and get a free 5x7 of the experience. If anyone is interested in that we can get a momento of our trip.

I'll be taking my visa... Plus don't forget that we have to have Beth & January's email address with us and we can send them an email from epcot too

Well, considering I eat completely vegetarian at home, there will be enough to be a shock to my system.

I love the countries. I think I have a special love for Epcot after having worked there, it's kind of like a second home, LOL. I don't know that I'll eat a lot at F&WF, but I've never been to it so I'd like to at least see it. We saw a few minutes of Off Kilter last trip and they are pretty cool, but it is a bit odd, they have groupies. No Disney Visa here :guilty: We don't do credit cards at all.

I got a lovely thank you note from Jenn (Tammy's friend) today. She received the exchange package I sent. It doesn't sound like she has an easy time accessing the Dis, so she hasn't been here to chat.

I'm still shopping for mine :goodvibes
