Countdown to POLY - who in next month?

Hi,
Everyone going to the POLY in the month give us a pink bounce!!! Just two more days until we leave Soon we will see those magic towers.

Anyone else going to the POLY in the next month? Why did you choose POLY and what are you looking forward to?
DH and I leave in two days and stay until 10/3. I am soooo looking forward to the beauty of the beach and lake. and traveling on the monorail. And also eating at Konas!!!

We leave Wed and will be there til the 3rd...our anniversary!!! I plan on room service or bkfst at Kona for celebration I should order a cake but with the free dining cake is the last thing we will need!!! I chose the Poly for the theme, the queen beds, the great reviews and the access to the monorail!!! Tikimans site really got me on board as I was planning for POR then CR then decided to bite the bullet and go to the Poly!! My aunt has been there and one of my friends was there a couple of years ago and I heard nothing except how GORGEOUS it was (and my aunt is a HUGE resort snob and ONLY stays Deluxe concierge!!! and says Poly is the best esp with young kids!!! We are just so excited and blessed to be able to have such a great opportunity. God has really blessed us this year and I offer Him thanks. Not just for our trip but for our lives as so many are suffering right now. (sorry to get on a sad note!)

Check in 10/9. It's getting so close it actually doesn't seem real at this point, almost as though it isn't going to happen, but I know it will. It seems like it was just Jan. and we were in the planning stages, now here we are less than 2 weeks out.

We leave for the Poly Friday! I'm so excited, it's our first stay in a deluxe!

Here's a pink bounce for everyone. We won't be there for a couple of weeks but I'm looking forward to the tiki torches at night, the EWP, the beautiful view of the castle at night, the gorgeous landscaping, Kona, room service, friendly, familiar faces and an aloha or two. And maybe a room with new decor.

I'm not leaving for the Poly until January but can I please still give you a pink bounce since I can't wait???

I picked the Poly since I'm taking my Mom who has never been (she'll be celebrating her 80th birthday and she is one spry chicken!) for the convenience of the monorail and she loves anything tropical. This is my splurge trip!

To anyone staying at the Poly for the first time, be forewarned, it's addictive, you won't want to stay anywhere else. Have fun.
