We've been planning our family's trip for months. We started our official countdown last nigh.

Maybe we can get the guys at WDW Photography to schedule a few more meets.

Knowing I won't be there makes me sick! It's been almost a year since our trip last December and I'm having some serious withdrawals since starting to come back on the Disboards and Flickr. With no trips planned, I can only hope that sometime in 2011 we will find a way to get there...but with a 10 day vacation elsewhere already planned, I think that'll be unlikely.

Ugh, I wish!! Unfortunately, since we took two trips to WDW last year, this was DH's year to decide where we went and while he enjoys he, he isn't a Disney-holic like myself. (Are you wondering yet why we're married? Because typing that sentence made me start to question it! )

So...sunny tropical vacation filled with margaritas and snorkeling it is. I'm hoping I can find something worth taking pictures of. Our rooftop deck, view of the ocean and private pool will just have to take the place of a studio room, Boardwalk filled with delicious treats and a view of the Kiester Coaster slide. How will I ever make it through 10 days?

We'll be there the 11th to the 19th. We're doing a mother/daughter Disney-holic trip!

Certainly sounds like there will be a lot of 'folks from the internet' there in early December with all of the various meet-ups that are going on. Should be a good time!

No kidding! There are tons of meetups. We are trying to figure out how to make it to them and still have a family vacation!

I'm there just before that event, with ANOTHER photography event that runs Dec 2-5...so we'll be having our last day when they're having their first. Coincidentally I think we'll both be in DHS on the same day!

The first few weeks in December is definitely some good times for lots of meetups and groups!

Definitely want to know about the 12/2 - 12/5 event as I won't be there for the awesome www.wdwphotography.com events.

I used to have it linked in my signature, but it was taken away so I guess it was thought of as some kind of 'ad'...as there is no cost to it, and it's just a gathering/meetup, it should be OK to mention here...it's called Pixelmania, and it's being run by themagicinpixels.com website. It's all photography specific as that's what the site is about - with a loose schedule of meetups at the 4 parks from morning to evening, spread out enough for some personal/family time in between. They are working around the meetup schedules of the Reunion group that's up there at the same time, so some members who want to do both will be able to without much overlap. I've attended since the meets began during Mousefest...this'll be the 2nd Pixelmania and 4th TMIP meetup overall. We always have a good time!
