Distickers has not worked for months. Supposedly there is an SSL error on their site that has not been fixed.
There are several other sites with countdowns, but they also don't seem to work correctly as you pick a specific option and everyone gets the same thing.

Are Distickers still not working? I tried to add one to my signature and it didn't work

Sadly, have not worked for months.
I found one site that worked but all the stickers ended up the same rather than how you customized them.

They were working for me but for some reason now they are not, only one works, kind of. It shows the html info around the ticker. Hopefully it gets fixed.
