If I recall, the muster drill is typically at 4:00 p.m., so 3:00 at Promenade Lounge sounds perfect. I would love to introduce the teen girls to each other just so that there are familiar faces at the Edge and Vibe NYE parties that night.

Sounds good to me...though I don't know if my teen will be there...I'll try. She turns independent the moment she step on the ship.

Jamie is the same way...we see her at breakfast and at dinner, and that's about it Especially with a wave phone, it's so easy to be independent. She still hasn't decided whether she wants to go to Edge or Vibe though.

It's 99.9% certain that we will be at Punta Lagosta. I have never heard of DCL using a pier other than one. We have been to Cozumel 3 times in DCL and have always docked there.

I kinda figured that's where we would be docking. Thank You. Now to plan which jewelry stores to hit Downtown and which beach

Are you sailing on the Magic or Wonder for New Years? Asking because I noticed you had posted on the Magic thread as well. Just want to make sure we have you in the correct group.

FE UPDATE

Our list on the first page currently shows 24 rooms. This would have us splitting the groups into 2. BUT only 18 rooms have filled out the Google form.

The deadline is November 15 so I will wait until after then.

I have send a send private message to each of the individuals who said they were participating but haven't filled out the form. Hopefully they will come back and check in.

I don't want to leave them out because they did sign up before November 15, but without their information, room numbers, etc, we can't really count them in either.

No matter what, we won't make a decision until after next Friday...Just wanted to keep everyone updated.

I don't know if anyone is interested in getting their kids together on Facebook, or a meet when we first get on targeting certain ages...or agreeing to be at a particular club at a certain time to meet, but I noticed we had lots of kids in the same age ranges....I did this list....Kids are grouped by age....

Question for dgreen72 and cyntex1, do your 14 year olds plan to go to Edge or Vibe? Jamie's leaning towards Vibe as she has never been old enough in the past and is excited for this "rite of passage" (unless she finds that there are no 14 year olds, in which case she'll head to Edge).

I decided to have a mild panic attack this morning when my countdown app on my phone told me that we have 49 days to go! I realized that unlike other vacations, this one means that we have the obstacle course of Thanksgiving and Christmas to hurdle through first. We are going away to visit family for Thanksgiving and have all of my family from the UK coming over for Christmas. Life is going to be busy!!
