Can anyone tell me how to get a countdown banner to show up in the bottom of my posts?

there are three different ones to copy/paste... Which one? Everytime I tried that and then clicked preview signature, all that showed up was what I copied and pasted...what am I doing wron?

Now I'm just testing w/ a post to see if I put it in my signature correctly!
