Count Down to Disney!

We are heading to Disney in November and I am trying to think of some great ways to count down to our trip. I've seen ideas on here about doing movie dinner nights and I want to try and do one a month till we go. My DD is 4 and my DS is 2, so I don't think I want to do a daily count down this far out. Any cute ideas for a monthly count down till we get closer? Thanks!!
