I was driving home for lunch and I heard a comercial that started with the familiar yo ho yo ho a pirates life for me. . . as the music faded (but was still playing) a voice over began to do a promotion for a local casino. Did the ad company just use the music without permission or has Disney actually given permission to use the song from my favorite attraction to promote gambling. Either way it is sad.
