If I could maintain financial stability--yes.
If I were up to my eyeballs in debt or living in a home based on my current salary, I would have no choice but to stay.
Review your budget and see if you can make the change. If you would be happier in the long run, then jump ship. But you have to be able to pay your bills and live unlike a pauper. (i.e. not heating the home in winter and living on ramen noodles likely would mean that the new job doesnt' support your lifestyle.)
