Hi mamu!

Cheer Up and we will definitely pray for your DH!! My mother and father both have HBP and both have had to alter their medication and I know it can be a scary and depressing thing. The most important thing though is for you both especially your DH to continue to look forward to your trip. If you can take the stress off of him it will help so much and no better way to do that then a trip to Disney!!! Everyone here and on the Theme Park and Collectors boards have been so wonderful and kind to us and our daughter and have definitely spread lots of pixie dust our way so we can give back some of our pixie dust to you and can give alot of hope back too through prayer!! Hang in there!!

Dh is home and looks like the trip is on. He has been put back on the old medication untill we return.

He needs to avoid stress, living with me and taking a vacation with our 13 year old GS and his 9 year old sister will be a challange.

High blood pressure can be a serious sickness for some people, we think of it as take your pill and you'll be OK. For some people it isn't that easy.

you'll have to get your DH a nice massage or relax day somwhere soothing while he's there!

Mamu I hope they can get your husband on the correct meds to control his bp soon. Some of the meds that have been released in the past few years are amazing. It took the doctors 16 years to get my husband's down to a good level. He does have to take 5 pills a day to control his bp, but it's amazing to see how well those work together.
