I was wondering if you guys could look this over and see what you think. I wanted a few opinions before making ADRs. I am going with my DH, ILs and DD 4.5, and DS 2.5. We have planned two "date nights" with just DH and I. We have to switch hotels to BWV on Sunday so we need to go to Epcot that day to expediate the process.

Day 1: Travel Day Fri. Dec 8th
7am flight - arrive Orlando about 10:30am
ME to AS Music Suites arrive about noon.
Lunch at hotel and rest
If we are up to it - Go to Epcot for a few hours and tour WS - view XMAS lights.
Return to hotel early.

Day 2: MK
Get to Park at opening
If we get the ressie: CRT for BF or lunch
Tour until lunch
Grab CS lunch and then go to hotel and rest until mid-afternoon.
Return to MK and continue touring
Spectromagic at 8pm
Back to hotel

Day 3: Epcot
Get to park at Opening
Tour until lunch
We are switching to BWV today so one of us will walk to hotel in the afternoon and check us in.
Once we are checked in we will return to hotel and rest for the remainder of the afternoon.

Day 4: AK
EMH - get to park at early opening
Tour until 3-4pm and send kids and ILs back to hotel.
DH and I: travel to AKL and eat at Boma 5:00pm
Travel to DTD and see LaNouba

Day 5: MK
Park at opening
Perfectly Princess Tea (maybe) at 10:30am
Tour until lunch
Mid-afternoon break
Return to MK
Wishes 6pm
Back to hotel

Day 6: MGM
Park at opening
Tour until lunch
Character lunch at H&V
Rest at hotel
Back to MGM
FDP at Mama Melrose
Fantasmic

Day 7: MK
EMH: Park at opening
Tour until lunch
Watch 3pm parade
Return to hotel to rest
DH and I: Dinner at Epcot restaurant and Illuminations

Day 8: Epcot
Princess BF at Akershus
Tour Epcot
Check out and fly home 5:40pm

What do you think? Too busy? I am not planning many TS meals for the kids since they don't really sit well for long periods. I might throw lunch at LTT or CP in there somewhere. I realize this is heavy on the princess stuff but my dd is really into that. I tried to build in plenty of rest periods.

Thanks if you made it this far!!!

The plan is good but it might be alot for your kids. I would remember to play thing by there attitudes and not to push them to much. We love boma and La Nouba is great. I say make your ressies and if you dont use them no big deal. We found kids got bored of character breakfasts after a couple.

I would allow time to see the AK parade - It is really different and is one with more guest so if you talk to the right people you may even have a chance to get in it. You would need to push your dinner back until 5:30 if the parade is at 4 like normal. You can spend some down time with the kids at the boneyard payground if needed during the day.

I would suggest to move Illuminations from Day 7 to Day 3...since you have a parade on Day 7 already. My DDs last year (ages 4 and 1.5) did not make it to Illuminations. I'm not sure what time your kids go to bed, at the time, mine were 8pm and 7pm, so we got up early, did lunch, then nap (my 4yo napped even and NEVER did at home), then back out for dinner and park stuff. They made it in a good mood til 9....started getting grumpy by 9:30, really ready for bed by 10, so we never made it out too late. And on Day 3, even though you're switching hotels, you have a lot of rest time. If you don't want to move Illuminations, maybe head to Downtown Disney and shop a little that night? Or head to MGM and see the Osbourne Lights. Have fun!

Thanks for your fast replies!

Just to let you know, the Boma/La Nouba night and the illuminations night are both for just DH and I. My ILs will watch the kids those nights. I am totally planning on letting my kids lead the way. If we get exhausted we will just rest more.

Thanks for the tip about the AK parade!
