Could we get Design help for design we made?

This is a design we have worked on for our teenage daughter.
She is asking that it be glittery and stuff. I think she is used to the fancy designs from the disboards that we got help with for our daughters wish trip and so maybe this looks to amaturish. ehem. so...

can anyone help me spice this up? Her gamertag is queen viper. She is going to a video game tournament.
