Could we be any hotter??? Our JUNE Trip Report (Pics, Pics, Pics!)

.For dessert, I had the smores, again, and I don’t remember what Ryan had. Probably the same thing as last time. If you want to read about our first night there, please see post 77.

Wasn't he going to have the cobbler?! I remember you and Dana comparing notes on the Smore's and I said I had the angel food cake w/strawberries and Bob had the cobbler - which had a lot of "granola" and Ryan said, "I love granola".... LOL how pathetic am I, that I can remember this whole conversation?!

After walking out, I spotted the coke! And I LOVE coke--- oh, regular coke--- and fountain cokes are the BEST! Cans and bottles are just okay, but fountain cokes are AWESOME! So, if you look at my hands, I am making a heart--- I LOVE coke!

ME TOO! LOVE COKE!!! Not fountain, though. And no cans... only in the bottle. (very particular, I am...)

And you want to know something I don’t love????

Star Wars.

Just don’t like it. And really, if you like it, I’m totally cool with that. But, I just don’t like it. So, I had to express my feelings about this Star War weekend fiasco.

ME TOO! HATE Star Wars!! Are you sure we aren't long lost cousins?!

Here’s the cast of characters:

Scary Bellhop, Laura (CrazyKanga), Luke (her son), Ryan, me, Dana (Renee’s daughter), Renee (SingingMom), Bob (Renee’s husband), and Chris (CK’s husband)

We load into our elevator, and I don’t know how this poor couple got put in our ride. I’m sure WE were the scary ones to them! We giggled the entire ride and had SO much fun!!!!!! (The only thing that could have made it better is if we knew 1andrea was waiting there with us! Since our time got changed, and we didn’t have her number, she wasn’t notified. And she waited there for us till 9:50! A- I’m SO so sorry about that… I totally wish you could have taken the place of the RANDOM couple in the ride with us! =( I wish we would have seen you out there!!)

Gee... and could that "giggling the entire ride" have ANYTHING to do with the little southern belle that shouts out, in that lovable drawl, "Oh DEAR! What SHALL we DO?!" (Dana's favorite part of the whole ride!!!)

And, yet again, Ryan takes over the entire ride with his arms… I call him OTTD… Over The Top Drama. He’s so dramatic! Look at that!

And then after the ride, we took a DISer picture:

I’m so glad it worked out that we got to ride together, b/c it was so fun!

That was SUCH fun that evening!!! Wish we could have all spent more time together!

Wow! I didn't know there were any weirdos out there like us! We are constantly taking pictures as though we are actors/models..."Show me intelligent." "Show me crazy." "Show me you just won the lottery." I think that's the majority of my Disney pics from last trip. Unfortunately, though, neither my friends nor I are good actors, so I never know what we were "showing" in the pic!

Im still keeping up with your Trip report I know I dont post much, but I have been keeping up. Honestly, I dont like Star wars either..never held any excitement for me. My son, on the other hand, loves it. We have several pics from MGM of the Star wars Parade

Meeting up with you was like meeting up with a friend I've known forever. It just felt so right! Good thing Ryan was facing my way...I spotted his cutie face first!

I agree!!!! Ryan asked me after, "So, how'd you think it went?" I was like, "Are you kidding me- that was so much fun... Why, was I awkward?" He said no, he could tell we had fun!!!!

Try as I might people...Courtney & Ryan simply do not take a bad picture!

She did not take this pic of my family. The pic she took had Rob & I with our eyes closed so I quickly sent her this pic to use... Yes, Rob & I take bad pictures occasionally...

Yes I did hooch! I took that picture--- with your camera! Yall do not take bad pictures... Rob was trying to control Brooke b/c she was jumping up and down... And I was laughing so hard at her... It was so funny!

I love the fleur de lis pic. I do not think this installment was short at all. It was perfect. In fact, you could even have broke it up in 2...I'm just saying...

I love that you were prepared for Splash Mountain with your rain coat and poncho! My husband and I love that ride, but hate feeling wet for the rest of the day...sometimes we avoid it just for that purpose.

ok, caught for today, after I went to DM's, Mandy's, Cinderella16's, LizAgna's, Mr/Mrs The King's Trs. And I have more that I have to catch up on but it is sleepy time for me.
Thankyou, poor Butter is now an outdoor cat. He escaped out the back door and Kevin said that he can stay out there. After we spent all that money to have him fixed and declawed. Well he chased a cute bunny this evening. Didn't catch it though, but he did catch a mouse the other day and left it on the front porch. Yuck.

It was a weird 24 hour bug! It was EMBARASSING! However, no one had to like step around my throw-up or anything because I did manage to lean over the railing! Yeah sorry......you're probably thinking "T.M.I.!"

Courtney, I love this TR. Please go again ASAP so you can report again! I can't wait to go! Your TR made me feel like I was there on all the rides! I will be there in September w/ my 2 friends who both haven't been there in 7 years, they haven't even stepped foot in Animal Kingdom! So much to show them, they say I am their tour guide I'm planning on making them both scrapbooks for Christmas of this trip, so after we leave I will get to relive it over and over

I know! The sad thing is, I don't even know when we'll get to go back... It may be years =(

Your trip report has been so fun and great, I really hate to see it coming to and end. Another great entry!! I love Stitch and that ride is cute, but the chili dog thing is gross...LOL I smell that the rest of the day after I ride that...LOL

“The boys” were off of Splash in no time, and then Ryan, DM, DM’s sons, and me headed for a ride next! Well, I come prepared. I had my poncho and my rain jacket! So, I wrapped the poncho around my waist (put my feet through the head) and put my jacket on. Who wants to walk around with wet shorts and undergarments all day???? Certainly not me!

Great idea! I'm definitely stealing this idea for our trip!!!

I had never done PhilarMagic, but it was SO FUN!!!!!

I mean- we just chatted like we were old friends. Precious little girl- I’m so glad they removed it with no problem, and I really hope she lives a long life.

This was our last night to sleep in Disneyworld. Tomorrow night, we’d be in our beds in our new house--- or so we thought. Stay tuned for our last day at the World, and our eventful journey home.

So, we’re “being rock stars” here in front of ToT… And Ryan feels the need to vocalize his guitar playing. Something like this:

“Ryan, let’s pretend we’re playing the guitar”
“Okay Court!”
We both hit our guitar poses and I hear
“Brmmm”
“Brmmm”
“Brmmm”
“Brmmm”
I look at him strangely.
“Ryan- you don’t need to actually make the noises to pose for the picture!”
The photographer took the picture as I was turned telling him that!

Just want to say, I have SO loved reading your report. You guys look like you genuinely have fun together!

Also, I just have to say that when we were at Disney in May, I had the same stomach thing. We actually ate at POP that night for dinner. After going to bed, I awoke at 2:00am thinking..."Ah, I think I am going to be sick." Sure enough I was..... and it was not throwing up...We still had a couple days left at Disney. It took me about 24 hours to feel better. The last dinner was at Le Cellier, and I only had a little bit of the pretzel bread and a bite of steak. I was bummed. Hmmmm....did you happen to eat the chicken that night at POP?
