Could use some opinions on value

I have this...I'm not sure what to call it. Plaque, medallion maybe. It is 4in in diameter, metal and has some weight to it. It was mounted on a plaque that listed cast members of the quarter for a (now closed) Disney Store. I was debating putting it on ebay since it has been languishing in my drawer for years. However, I'm not sure how much to expect or list it for and if it is even worth it. I have not been able to find anything similar to it anywhere on the internet.

Thoughts and opinions appreciated. TIA

There are collectors on ebay that collect Disney Store related items with Disney Store display figures commanding large premiums. A good comparison for the value of your medallion could be made with sold cast Disney Store service award pins which typically run in the $10-20 range. Without knowing the design on the medallion, and since its rarer than a service pin, it could fall in the $20 to $40 range.
