Could this get me banned?

I met a friend of mine in my room. I had a code for the AK room for him, but told him I couldn't give it to him because I didn't really know how. I also told him I didn't want to get banned from the game and VMK was getting very strict. He asked if I knew -name of his friend- and I said yes, I had seen her around. He then responded that she posted on the fansite and I could give it to her. I said ok.

Could this get me banned? I am not meeting up with him and I didn't mention the fansite. I am really nervous and was trying so hard not to go against the VMK values.

From what you have described here, no.

You did not give out any information that would allow someone to contact you outside of the game. You did not provide a web site. You did not provide your title at the "fan site."

You friend may have received a warning for mentioning the fan site, but from what you described - you did not.

I would not worry. Good of you to be very very very careful.

I would say there is a 99% chance that you wouldn't get banned. The other player was the 1 talking about a site outside of VMK not you.

You will be fine Just look on the bright side and if you do get banned {which you wont} you can write a letter to vmk and tell them you didnt give any information away to the player.

I do not think you will get banned. But there is a way to trade codes in the game. It just takes patience. I have been there when these trades happened.
