could someone tell me if my dues are correct?

This is my first bill as I purchased last year. I own SS and my bill is for $762.73 for 150 points. Does this sound correct? WoW, more than I thought it would be!

SSR dues are $3.9802 per point for 2006. If you purchased in 2005 you should get a credit back for some of the over paid real estate taxes. You should receive a detail bill in the mail or you can log into the website to see your dues statement on-line.

I actually do have my bill and this is what is says:

2006 operating budget 150 points X 2.5120 for 365 days $376.80
2006 Capital reserves budget 150 points x .6181 for 365 days $92.72

2006 Property tax estimated for 150 points X .8501 for 365 days=$127.52

subtotal for 2006 above=$597.04

then 2005 Property tax Actual = 150 points X 1.1046 for 365 days $165.69
less $116.87 (less estimate I paid)

subtotal for 2005 tax escrow account - $48.82

Total Annual dues payable - $645.86

So it looks like I owed 48.82 from last year so if I take your amount per point and ad the 48.82 it comes out correct. Thanks!
