Could someone please help with the Southwest ticket offer?

Is it still being offered? I am a RR member and went as far as filling out the payment info and could not come up with the discount.Has it expired?

I've never used it, but you may only be able to get the discount in person at the ticket window?

Yes, the 20% discount for Rapid Rewards members is only available when purchasing tickets at the gate.

I used it last Feb. at the gate and saved me some good $$$!!!

We used the discount at the ticket window in September. We saved 20%. Just show your card when you purchase them.

Used it at Thanksgiving, just show card at window. There were no problems, and saved alot. Make sure you have more than one card if you have more than 4 tickets needed.
