Could someone photoshop the blanket out of dd's picture?

I hope it's okay to ask, but I am really hoping someone could help. I took a really nice picture of dd and didn't notice the blanket near her feet. I love the picture and want to frame it, but the blanket just bugs me. Here is her picture, in case someone could help. Thanks!!

I am so very new at this, but this is the kind of thing I want to be able to do for myself, so I gave it a go. Feel free to wait for someone else who has more experience/talent and they might be able to finesse it a bit more.
