could someone help with chat??

I have tried atleast 10 times to get into the chat area this week and everytime I get bumped off AOL completely. I have registered at this ichat site and am propted with the enter roms screen, but as soon as I click on go to chat rooms my AOL freezes and either it shuts itself down or I have to shut down and load my AOL again to start over. Does anyone know what is wrong????

I don't use AOL myself, but I know I've heard that AOL sometimes has problems with the Chatroom before. There are two things to try...

Have you downloaded and installed the ichat plug-in? you'll need that unless you are going to enter the chat room via Java or HTML. If you have...

Try minimising AOL and going into the Chat Room in a 'normal' browser window rather than the AOL customised one and see if that works.
