Could somebody help me efficiently plan FP+ with rider switch?

I read the Rider Switch page of Disney's website. Seems fairly clear to me.

The rider switch page on their website is meaningless. It also says swap passes are good for two people which we know is factually incorrect and we also know that a party of three adults can't simply go up to an attendant at any ride, say one of them doesn't want to ride and get a pass. You have to look at actual practice. Just the fact that the passes are good the rest of the month refutes a lot of arguments about what was "intended". And that's not a loophole - that's an explicit feature.
