could not belive my luck x box 360

kids been moaning about the x box 360 since the launch,but you could only get one if had pre ordered.So there was no chance of one for xmas.Droped the eldest of at his saturday job at john lewis in the trafford centre.
The youngest wanted to look at games in Game.So i said he could,while in Game was talking to a bloke who had won a 360 from the daily star and he was looking at games for it.Then a manager came across and ased if we wanted to buy a 360,I said yea if had one to wich he relplyed `i will just go in the back and get it ` could have picked me of the floor when he brought it out.
The youngest had no idea about this as he was engrosed in looking at games so i rang the wife told her and she thought i was kidding,but from my tone she soon realised i was serious.She had to leg it from BHS to game to stop youngest from finding out.She got to shop as i was paying so we had it under control and youngest never saw me buying it.Just can not wait for the mornning when they open it

Also I meant to say if anyone else is looking for one, even though it's too late for Christmas, they do seem to have some core systems available on the Argos website www.argos.co.uk . They have been appearing on and off for the last couple of weeks now

A friend of mine phoned me up from Currys yesterday in total disbelief at what he had just seen.......a customer was returning a 360 because he had gotten it for his lads christmas present, but his lad didnt want it, he wanted a PS2 instead, so could he "exchange" it !

I never realised there were such clueless people around.

my ds got a slimline ps 2 for xmas ( 2nd hand as he is only 5! ) we havn't seen him since he is over the moon with it and keeps dragging dh upstairs to play crash bandicoot
