Assuming this is true, I can have a AP instead of using 6 days of a PHP on our next trip. Then we can go in and out, and in and out of the parks as we please!! Cool!


I just wish I kept that AP rate for the AKL portion of the trip! I swithed to the general public code.

I agree. That's the date I'm leaving WDW and my AP expires on 12/25, leaving many days without a pass {{sigh}}. The timing will always be bad for someone and this time it's me.

Darn! How did I know it would go into effect AFTER our trip? This is going to throw me into a tizzy all day now! Do I just get UPH in December and wait for our next trip to get AP's or just bite the bullet and get the AP's right away? Just what I need....more stress! LOL

Me too.
Maybe I should hurry up and buy my pass, increasing the chances that the DVC will move the benefit date up to December sometime.

I remember when I finally decided to refinance my home, and sure enough, as soon as I did, interest rates started falling again. This was very helpful to others.

I much prefer feeling like my actions help others (even if I am only dreaming), to feeling cheated because someone else got something extra, that I didn't get, even though I got everything that I was entitled to.

I am going to be in WDW 9 days (December 22-30). 1 of those days may be spent at Sea World. 1 of the days is a short day (my flight is at 5PM). One of those days I will be too exhausted to have fun (my flight arrives at 6:30 AM).
There is about a 20% probability that I will return before the pass expires.

How much merchandise do I need to buy (using my annual pass discount) to make the annual pass worth the purchase?

I'm glad my post generated such response, and glad to hear the "unofficial" answer! Yahoo!

I leave for home on 11/30, and fortunately my AP expires on 12/6. I wasn't planning on renewing it since my next trip home (not counting a few days at VB) will be next december. I am so psyched! We so deserve this!!!!!

Crud, we will be in WDW December 21 - January 5th. I certainly can't wait until January 2, 2005 to renew our AP's - darnit, I really could have used $375 extra dollars this trip.....
