Could I get some help with my idea?

I have an idea for a new MP3 player/MP3 software of sorts, but I have no idea as to how to make the stuff work on a computer. You see I'm not very good with computers (I know how to type and do E-mail and Internet, just not how to make...things) but the things in my head are primarily computer based. What I need it someone with lots of computer experience so that we could work together to make a new MP3 player yada yada yada.
BTW I am only 16 and have almost nothing to do with my summer except to work on my idea.
Please help me, anyone with experience would be much appreciated.
